Stavros S. Konstantas

Mr Stavros Konstantas, being a Certifying Actuary, with more than 31 years Insurance Industry experience in Greece, decided to exit his comfort zone and step into a more diverse, challenging and demanding role.

This was exercised both in a multinational Company ( NN Hellas ) as well as in Ethniki Insurance ( subsidiary of NBG ). Although results oriented and target focused till end completion, Mr Konstantas tries to create Teams with diverse skills, to create talents, to set an example and demonstrate ethical and trustworthy behavior.

He wants to be a role model and an example for the people he has worked with. He leads by example in his whole career.

Mr Konstantas feels very honored to be a candidate of the “Manager of the Year” award selection and considers that participation as a true recognition of his contribution – along with other Executives and Company staff – in the turnaround of the biggest Insurance Company, towards Financial and Capital Robustness.
