Thynk is a marketing and digital transformation agency based in Ioannina, working with businesses across Greece and abroad. We help them gain more customers, run more efficient operations and achieve growth that shows in the results, with artificial intelligence at the core of every solution.

Our work rests on two pillars. In marketing, we cover strategy, social media and content, measurable advertising tied to sales, and email and automated messaging. In digital transformation, we design and build AI solutions for everyday operations: booking assistants that answer customers 24/7, quote follow-up, automatic invoice entry, AI voice assistants for after-hours calls and performance dashboards, as well as websites and landing pages.

Every engagement starts with an audit. We look at how customers find the business, which tasks are still done by hand and which metrics are tracked. The result is a prioritized plan: what to do first, what can wait and what we do not recommend. The report stays with the client, whether or not we continue working together.

Our rule for AI is simple: AI prepares, a person approves. Every sensitive action is approved by a person before it runs, and accounts and data always belong to the client.
