Director of the Department of Services Trade and Digitalisation, Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Stalo Demosthenous is the Director of the Department of Services Trade and Digitalisation at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with over 24 years of experience supporting SMEs. Her mission is to empower small and medium-sized enterprises in the services and trade sectors to grow, adapt, digitalise, and thrive amid evolving regulations and competitive markets.

She has served for many years as the national coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Cyprus, a member of the EEN Steering & Advisory Group, and EEN/OSH Ambassador, promoting health and safety practices among SMEs. In her previous role, she contributed to strategic policy-making, EU project oversight, and stakeholder engagement, developing strong expertise in project management, regulatory compliance, and business development.

Stalo represents the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry in various national monitoring committees related to Cohesion Policy, the Recovery and Resilience Plan, and the National Reform Programme. She holds a BA in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) and an MBA in International Business from the University of Sunderland, UK.
