Rebecca Pitsika

Rebecca Pitsika is the Founder and CEO of We R, the Leadership and Human Capital Group of Companies, operating at the intersection of strategy, talent, and transformation.

With a career shaped by senior executive roles, she founded People for Business in 2007, anticipating the shift of HR from a support function to a strategic driver of business performance. Today, the firm ranks among the leading providers of strategic human capital solutions in Greece and Romania.

In 2024, she established We R, bringing together People for Business, N2Growth Greece, and Extra Mile into an integrated ecosystem designed to address leadership, executive search, and organizational transformation in a unified way.

She also serves as Managing Partner of N2Growth in Greece, part of one of the world’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firms, consistently ranked among the best globally and operating in more than 50 countries, with a focus on Board and C-Suite appointments.

Beyond her entrepreneurial activities, she serves as Advisor to the Special Secretariat for Foresight at the Presidency of the Government. She also serves on the Boards of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hellenic Entrepreneurs Association, Premia Properties, ECG and as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Hellenic Development Bank and the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments.

Rebecca has been awarded as Best Young Entrepreneur in Greece in 2012, participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) by the State Dept. USA, in 2014 and has been included in the list of Most Powerful Women for Greece since 2017.
