Mr Fafalios holds a BSc in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics & Business and an MBA from Aston University UK. His profesional career spans over 40 years in the Finance and Commercial fields in a series of global roles with multinational companies in various industries. His roles have included country CFO, Sales Director, Business Development, Regional Finance Director and Area Finance Director Rest of World in Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia and Shared Services Transition Director in Coca Cola Hellenic. In 2018 he joined the Energy Sector as CFO Operations in Terna Energy and from 2021 to May 2025 he was also assigned the CFO Operations in Terna Energy a Masdar Company. He is 65 years old.
