Katerina Chatzopoulou

Manager with extensive experience in strategic communications and public affairs for more than 17 years, Katerina’s ability is to transform business goals into communication objectives and navigate through matrix organizations communicating effectively both internally and externally. She has wide experience in public policy formation and government affairs. Her professional background is diverse, including working for corporate and political entities.

Before joining Papastratos, she held senior positions in the Presidency of the Government, as General Manager of Brain Regain Initiative, Avramar Seafood, Gravity the Newtons, Milestone, and more. Katerina has profound knowledge in developing CSR and media campaigns and track record in issues management, as well as long-lasting record in media relations and successful stakeholders’ engagement.

Born in Athens in 1981, Katerina studied Law at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens while she continued her studies in the United Kingdom getting her Master’s degree in Political Communications (MSc) at Goldsmiths College. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Alba Graduate Business School. Katerina has also completed an executive education program in Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
