I am George, the Country Manager of Dynargie Greece & Executive Board Member of Dynargie International.

I’ve always been fascinated by the exponential power of teams. When people collaborate to face challenges or explore opportunities, they can create tremendous value. This only happens when their work is productive and engaging. That’s why effective communication in any workplace is crucial for upholding this fundamental principle.

Over the years, I discovered that the best way to achieve a better version of our relationships is to acquire and adapt more options than our current habits. If we learn and apply new approaches in our communication, it allows us to connect with more diverse needs, people, and situations.

This becomes very visible when either individuals or whole companies express their appreciation for our interventions and even explain in detail how our behavioral and mindset tools helped them in the field. This is what is behind 85% of our clients engaging with us for no less than 5 years.

I had the privilege of assisting in many missions aiming to better great leadership, management, sales, customer service, innovation, and corporate culture transformations.

Since 1998, I have found this mission to be timeless and true all around the different geographies I have delivered workshops: Europe, North America, and the Middle East. I am a graduate with an engineering degree from Bristol University (UK). I have since further specialized in Learning Organizations, Sloan Business School’s RLA center, and acquired certifications in various methodologies such as Lego Serious Play Methodology, BCI Master Coach, and Design Thinking Facilitator.
