Efharis is an acclaimed senior professional, with extensive experience in leading the Human Capital function in large Corporations and Groups of Companies, both in Greece and Internationally.

She has a very interesting track record of work diversity in several business sectors, such as FMCG, Insurance Services, Media, Technology & Telecommunications, Shipping and Consultancy.

Besides her extensive and comprehensive experience in the whole spectrum of Human Resources Management and Communication, she is specialized in leading transformation projects, labor relations and tough negotiations and crisis management. Her approach is based on the belief that nothing is impossible, when the appropriate approach is adopted and the right team is in place. She creates deep and stable relationships, based on honesty and directness and maintains an extensive professional network.

She holds a degree in Management & Organizational Behavior and in Computer Information Systems and is one of the pioneers in remote working and virtual teams.

Efharis is also an experienced Mentor for individuals or teams and has held various BoD positions in Business Associations and Non-Profit Organizations.
