Board-Level Executive with over 35 years of experience, spanning single-site leadership as CEO of BIC VIOLEX to global, multi-site leadership within the BIC Group, in cross-cultural environments in Europe, US, Brazil, Mexico, Africa, India, and Asia.

A career primarily focused on Innovation, Organizational Restructuring, and Business Transformation.

A Chemical Engineer who holds an MSc and PhD degrees, with a professional career which began at Wardle Storeys, and later at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in Great Britain.

After a brief period, lecturing at a technical university in Greece (TEI) and serving as an advisor to the Ministry of Development, returned to the private sector.

Held the role of Senior Vice President of BIC Group since 2005, with various senior global management roles since 1998, including Innovation Director, Industrial Director, and End-to-End Supply Chain Officer.

Since 2008, served also as President and Managing Director of BIC VIOLEX, transforming the company into one of Greece’s most Innovative companies and leading exporters, with razors becoming the top Greek export to the US.

Named Manager of the Year 2014 in Greece and awarded the prestigious Marcel BICH Award in 2018, for entrepreneurial spirit, courage and Ingenuity a unique distinction in the 80-year history of BIC Group.

Highly experienced in advising family-owned businesses, with deep entrepreneurial insight gained through lifelong involvement in the family business.

Served on management boards, including the Executive Committee of BIC Group, President & Managing Director of BIC VIOLEX (2008-2024), and President of Société BIC sites in France, Tunisia, and Slovakia.

With an academic background, frequent speaker at international conferences and universities on leadership, innovation, and business transformation, with numerous publications and patents in scientific journals. Author of a book.

Active member of several professional and academic organizations, including the Scientific Council of the MBA Department at the Economic University of Athens (ASOEE), the General Council of SEV, and TEE, EASE, among others.
