My goal is twofold: first, to transfer knowledge to the younger generation without barriers or conditions, as we owe it to them and they expect it. Second, to encourage companies to become part of society, not just the least favored, but all members, by sharing their know-how and alternatives.

Companies have an obligation of loyalty to their organizations, but they also have a role to play in society beyond their economic contributions. I believe that legal assistance should be measured by its impact on transactions and financial development. Are the actions taken in line with the context, vision, and goals? Have the challenges been met?

Throughout my 34 years of experience in transactions inside and outside of Greece, I have been fascinated by the idea that through hard work, one can shape and influence their own life and the lives of others. In my current position as Head of the Legal Service at the Fund, I have the opportunity to understand and address institutional issues within a living and changing organization that must continually face challenges and work towards a common strategic direction.

My experience on the Board of PPC has also been a unique opportunity to contribute. I believe that equality should be based on ability, not just gender.
