He joined Up Group over 15 years ago and has since had the chance to work in a few different countries—always with a suitcase, a smile, and a mission to make work a little better for everyone.

Since launching Up Hellas from scratch, Bastien has focused on building a thriving, creative team culture that values collaboration and innovation.
