Aristodimos Dimitriadis

Aris Dimitriadis is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in internal audit, corporate governance, compliance, enterprise risk management and insurance, primarily within large, highly regulated organisations. Until June 2025, he served as Executive Director of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management at OTE Group, where he led the Group’s compliance, risk management, internal audit and insurance functions across Greece and its international operations. Working closely with Deutsche Telekom Group, he played a key role in strengthening regulatory alignment, organisational resilience, ethical governance and risk-informed decision-making.

Earlier in his career, he served as Group Internal Audit Director at COSMOTE, Chief Internal Auditor at First Business Bank and Senior Internal Auditor at ABN AMRO Bank, having begun his professional career at KPMG. Among his major contributions are the implementation of a fully IIA-conformant Internal Audit System across COSMOTE Group’s international subsidiaries, the development of Group-wide compliance and enterprise risk management frameworks and the introduction of important initiatives in business ethics, human rights and whistleblowing. His work and teams have received several distinctions, including Compliance Manager of the Year and Compliance Team of the Year.

Aris currently chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of the Hellenic Central Markets and Fishery Organization and holds senior positions in leading professional bodies. He serves as Vice President of IIA Greece and the Hellenic Association of Risk Management, as well as Treasurer and Board Member of the European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing. He is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Risk and Compliance Officer, among other professional qualifications.

He holds an MBA and a BA in Economics, Politics and Government from the University of Kent.
