Since August 2025, Angelina is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece. For more than 20 years her professional journey has emerged through fundamental corporate transformation in the Telco, Financial Services and Retail sectors.
From May 2023 to July 2025, she served The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Human Resources Director, Balkans.
From 2017 until May 2023 she was the Head of Organizational Development & Internal Communication at Piraeus Bank. From 2000 until 2016 she was part of OTE group, holding multiple management roles in Human Resources including change management, people engagement and communications. She has sharpened her leadership skills in HR areas such as enhancing performance management, identifying/ acquiring and managing talent, reskilling/ upskilling, incentivizing and rewarding.
Angelina is a graduate from Pierce and Deree College- The American College of Greece, and holds an MSc in International Management from the University of Reading, UK.
