Alexandros joined Athens International Airport in April 2016 and now holds the Director position of Information Technology & Telecommunications Business Unit with main responsibilities : the provision of effective and undisputed IT&T services to internal and external stakeholders, operating within the boundaries of Athens International airport, ii) propose to management and support decision making to align Business strategy with Technology, iii) facilitate innovation and digital transformation and adopt solutions/services (Mobile Technology, Robotics, Biometrics, Internet of Things, Artificial and Big Data intelligence) to improve Operations efficiency , performance and passenger experience.

An experienced IT professional with 24 years of service in Senior roles in Banking and reputable organizations (HSBC Bank and Allianz Hellas), managing new business ventures, developmental activities, projects, in line with strategy, available technologies and market trends.
