With over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing industries, she combines commercial expertise with operational insight to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and organizational excellence.

As Group Account Director at FAMAR, Eleni leads the commercial management of the Group’s customer portfolio and strategic accounts, overseeing both existing business and new business development. She has played a key role in transforming customer management into a strategic, structured, and performance-driven function, consistently contributing to revenue growth, successful negotiations, and long-term customer retention.

Her leadership philosophy is centered on people, empowerment, integrity, and accountability.
