Dimitris Kourbetis

Dimitris Kourbetis has more than 20 years leadership experience in developing and executing strategies, leading structural transformation in supply chains and managing high performing global teams.

Today he works at Isomat Group as Chief Supply Chain Officer with primary goal to create a supply chain organization with the customer experience at the center, as a key pre-requisite for the business to meet its strategic objectives within the next years.

Before joining Isomat he worked at Kuehne+Nagel (KN) in Luxembourg for 12 years, initially as Global Head of the Supply Chain Consulting Services team (4PL Division), located in Luxembourg (EMEA), New Delhi (APAC) and Raleigh (NAM), generating new business out of supply chain improvements to High Tech, Pharma, FMCG, Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace global customers and later as Global Business Manager leading the KN business with On Running account served by 8 KN sites across the world.

Previously he worked at VIOHALCO Group – SIDMA S.A as Supply Chain Director and Corporate Development Manager where he executed structural changes and steered the business growth in the subsidiaries, at Deloitte & Touche as Strategy Consultant and at Shelman S.A as a Production Planning Manager.

He is a strong believer that nothing is impossible for a united team which is focused on the mission, works with rules & methods and most importantly with positive energy.

He holds a Degree in Physics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MBA from Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology and he is an alumni of the High Performance Leadership (HPL) Executive Program at IMD Lausanne.

Ο Δημήτρης Κουρμπέτης κατέχει πάνω από 20 έτη ηγετική εμπειρία σε αναδιαρθρώσεις της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας βιομηχανιών με πολυεθνική παρουσία.

Τους τελευταίους 18 μήνες εργάζεται για την Isomat Group ως Chief Supply Chain Officer, αναλαμβάνοντας την αποστολή του μετασχηματισμού της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας του Group έχοντας στον πυρήνα της την παροχή άριστων υπηρεσιών στον πελάτη.

Στο παρελθόν εργάστηκε για 12 έτη στο Λουξεμβουργο για την Kuehne+Nagel, αρχικά ως Global Head Supply Chain Consulting Services και αργότερα ως Global Business Manager με τομέα ευθύνης την εμπορική και επιχειρησιακή λειτουργία των 8 σημείων διανομής της KN για το account της On Running.

Προγενέστερα έχει εργαστεί για τη ΣΙΔΜΑ (Βιοχαλκο Group) ως Δ/ντης Εφοδιαστικης Αλυσίδας, για τη Deloitte & Touche ως Σύμβουλος Στρατηγικής και για τη Shelman S.A ως στέλεχος Προγραμματισμού Παραγωγής.

Είναι απόφοιτος του τμήματος Φυσικής από το ΑΠΘ, με MBA από το Παναπιστήμιο της Στουτγκαρδης, ενώ είναι απόφοιτος του προγράμματος ανώτερων στελεχών High Performance Leadership (HPL) από το IMD Λωζάννης.
