John Vasilakos

John Vasilakos is the Chief Executive Officer of Fourlis Holdings (since July 2025), a leading retail group with a dynamic and multifaceted presence across Southeast Europe. The Group proudly represents globally recognized brands in the Home, Sports, and Wellness sectors, including IKEA, INTERSPORT Group, Foot Locker, and Holland & Barrett.

Before joining Fourlis Group, John served as CEO and Vice Chairman of Kotsovolos, a member of PPC Group, where he led a major transformation journey — doubling turnover, accelerating digitalization, and successfully completing the company’s sale to PPC. Since joining Kotsovolos in 2010, he held key leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, driving growth across retail, e-commerce, and B2B operations.

John previously held senior retail leadership roles at Multirama (Public Retail World) and began his career at Pouliadis & Associates. He holds a Master’s in Management from Ashridge Business School (UK) and a Bachelor in Marketing Management from the American College of Greece.
