Maria Kolokytha

Maria Kolokytha is currently the HR Manager INTERSPORT Greece & Cyprus and Regional Business Partner INTERSPORT Romania & Bulgaria, at FOURLIS Group of Companies.

She has studied Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in Lean Management. Along with INTERSPORT, she is the Head of HR at TRADE STATUS, having the overall responsibility for both DPAM. Formerly HR Manager at FOURLIS TRADE, TRADE LOGISTICS, & SERVICE ONE, she has held a variety of human resource and organization development positions, having gained more than 20 years of experience in the area of Human Resources, in both local and multinational business environments.

She is a certified Coach and has developed a deep knowledge of HR systems. She is also a certified Trainer and has IFRS expertise. In recent years, she has focused on talent management, coaching and projects that link the HR Department to the company’s goals and vision. She believes in a people oriented approach, which contributes to strengthening commitment, engagement and inspiration!

Since 2017 she is also Vice President at the Board of the Greek People Management Association.
