Dr. Athanasios Kouloridas is Chairman of the Management Committee of the Greek Union of Listed Companies (ENEISET), Managing Partner of Athens Business Lawyers law firm and Assistant Professor of Corporate and Capital Markets Law in the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He is a member of the Board of the European organization “EuropeanIssuers”, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, member of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges Athens Stock Exchange SA and a member of various other expert and working groups and legislative committees. He has extensive experience in financial regulation, corporate and M&A, start-ups financing and fintech. He has various publications on financial markets regulation, company law and fintech.
