Dimitra Karachaliou is the Marketing Transformation Director at Temenos AG, a technology company, based in Geneva, Switzerland and listed at the Zurich Stock Exchange with 7,000 employees in 60 offices in 40 countries.
Since joining in 2014, she has made significant contribution, leading the Employee Experience agenda and driving the HR Technology / Data-Driven strategy. For her achievement, she was honored with the esteemed 2021 Temenosity Award.
Dimitra has an additional 14 years professional experience with Eurobank and HSBC, spanning Finance, HR and Business Transformation. She managed the HSBC Greece Change Delivery function. Dimitra was member of the global HSBC Business Talent Pool and the 2009 Next Generation Leadership Programme.
Dimitra holds a MSc in Finance with distinction from Lancaster University.
