Chari Foteinaki

Almost 19 years of experience in Human Resources positions, having taken on roles in the areas of employee & industrial relations, organizational development and performance management, in various sectors such as mining, tourism, wholesale and health.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Studies and an MBA degree and I have been trained at the London Business School in Organizational Leadership. In 2020, I accepted the role of the Group HR Director of Alumil S.A., strategically contributing to the further development of the Group. Our main concern is the development of our people in an international framework, by ensuring a Building Excellence working environment based on resilience.
I have a passion for reading and travelling and I truly hope to inspire my daughter with the principles of integrity and respect.
