Mary Bitouni

Mary Bitouni holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. She began her professional career at Procter & Gamble, where she developed extensive expertise in management and in the development and training of executives. She has 35 years of overall professional experience.

Recognizing the transformative power of systematic learning in strengthening team capabilities and fostering open communication and collaboration, she founded her first executive learning and development company in 1998.

With a longstanding commitment to remaining at the forefront of people management and development, Mary’s mission has consistently focused on providing high-quality solutions that create meaningful value for her clients. Drawing on her extensive and multidimensional experience, she has supported Humanis clients as a Consultant, Business Coach and Facilitator across a wide range of people and organizational development projects.

Today, she is actively involved in Humanis’ diverse portfolio of projects, identifying innovative trends in the global people and leadership landscape and designing tailored solutions that reflect the distinctive identity and needs of each client. At the same time, she continues to invest in her own leadership development, with the aim of enabling meaningful transformation at both personal and business level.

Driven by her commitment to bringing world-class knowledge and executive education to the Greek business community, Mary initiated and developed the strategic collaboration between Humanis and Yale. Through this collaboration, Humanis brings high-level Yale executive education initiatives to Greece, connecting international academic expertise with the real strategic, leadership and organizational challenges faced by senior executives and leadership teams.

Mary is a certified Master Facilitator and Global Sales Officer for Innovations International, the Strategic Soft Skills Institute and JMReid Group, organizations exclusively represented by Humanis in Europe. She is also certified in Inclusive Leadership by the London School of Economics and is a certified Coach in the Systemic Coaching Approach by the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations.
