Rebecca Pitsika, Managing Partner, N2Growth Greece

Rebecca has a solid track record in human resources area and entrepreneurship. Her long career dates back in 1995 in the human resources area in companies such as METRO S/M, ERICSSON HELLAS and LAIKI BANK. In 2003, she joined MANPOWER HELLAS, as Human Resources Manager and Member of BoD. In 2007 Rebecca founded People for Business, the leading company in Premium Selection, Development Centers, Outplacement and HR Advisory. She is also the Managing Partner at N2Growth in Greece leading the firm’s executive search and leadership advisory operations based in Athens. In 2012, she was awarded by the Greek Entrepreneurial Club and Stelios Hatziioannou as the “Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece”. In January 2014, she participated in the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) by the State Department, USA, in the area of “Small/Medium Business Development”. Rebecca has been included in FORTUNE ’s List for the Most Powerful Women in Greece since 2018 and every year onward. At the same time, People for Business has been certified as a Great Place to Work since 2020, by the relevant organization. Today, Rebecca holds the role of the CEO, We R. She is also a Strategic Foresight Advisor to the Special Secretariat for Strategic Foresight, Presidency of the Greek Government. In December 2024, Rebecca has been elected in the BoD of Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Vasso Kavallieratou, Engagement Partner, N2Growth Greece

Vasso is the Engagement Partner of N2Growth in Greece. She is an HR Executive with more than 18 years of solid expertise in consulting and banking industry. She focuses on executive level search assignments and strategic advisory across multiple industry sectors. As a certified practitioner of Five Lens People Development, Vasso provides solutions in Top Team & Board Effectiveness. She is responsible for providing quality interaction with clients and candidates, seeking to place leaders in positions that have added value to the companies. Vasso remains focused on monitoring job market trends and building long term relationships through accurate and efficient talent acquisition and change management processes. She combines business expertise with leadership succession planning and coaching skills. Vasso holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and speaks fluent English, French, and Italian. A proud wife and mother of two, she is also an accomplished Dressage athlete with distinctions in National Championships.
