At the same time, the Thought Leaders Club by Manager of the Year, the distinguished networking community comprising judges, finalists, and awardees of the Manager of the Year Awards, serves as an exclusive nexus of excellence, safeguarding, championing and advancing the core values of the Award.

We are honored to announce that Mr Minas Tanes, the very first Manager of the Year (2002), has once again assumed the role of Chair of our esteemed Judging Committee. Serving as Vice-Chairs were Mr Dimitris Pisimisis and Mr Dimitris Vidakis, while the committee comprised 50 distinguished senior executives from the Greek business community with extensive experience.

The application process commenced on Monday 28 April 2025 and concluded on Monday 27 October 2025. The Award Ceremony took place on Wednesday 17 December 2025.
