HR Head Greece & Cyprus
Henkel Hellas
Over the past three years, Henkel Hellas has focused on building a more human-centric culture, particularly in response to feedback from employees and the COVID-19 crisis. We have given our employees the freedom and flexibility to return to the office at their own pace and in a way that respects their new realities and their families. This has resulted in higher trust and productivity rates.
We have also encouraged our employees to speak up about anything that concerns them, and we have made changes to our management style and communication to create a culture that is free of fear and insecurity. Through our internal campaign “no fear,” we have been able to maintain loyalty, happiness, and physical and mental health among our workforce while still achieving high levels of performance.
Our vision is to share our messages and working models with organizations throughout the Greek market and help make Greek companies more successful through trust-based models that focus on justice, equity, and fairness. We believe this will allow Greek organizations to attain the position they deserve among other large-scale European and global companies in the EU.
