Nikos Maragkoudakis

Group Head of People Operations in Kaizen Gaming International

Nikos Maragkoudakis is an Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in the HR field for almost 15 years.

He was born in Athens in 1981.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at ALBA Graduate Business School as well as BSc in Business Administration from the University of West Attica (former Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus)

He started his career in the Human Resources field from the Banking Sector, at first in Commercial Bank of Greece (member of Credit Agricole Group) for 4 years and for Alpha Bank Group after the acquisition.

From 2014, after the privatization of OPAP, he worked in various Human Resources positions and he handled various tasks in the Transformation of OPAP, such as the Voluntary Separation Program.

He handled very demanding Projects in Multinational Retail Company as Human Resources Manager, for almost 2 years and he also worked as a Consultant in various Projects in the HR field.

He now holds the position of Group Head of People Operations in Kaizen Gaming International as of 2019.
