Since 2020, Michalis is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Future Insurance Leaders, one of the biggest and most quickly developing independent Insurance Intermediation Companies in Greece, operating in all lines of business, both in Life and Non-Life Insurance.

After returning from his MBA with specialization in Finance in Nottingham, he entered the Insurance Industry as an Advisor in NN.

For 20 years he served in Top Management positions, like Deputy CEO and CSO at Allianz, Ethniki, Generali, NN having the responsibility of all Sales Channels (Tied Agency, Non-Tied Agency, Brokerage, Bancassurance, Direct) as well as Marketing, Contact Centers, Training, Sales Support, Quality of Sales.

He acclaimed various international awards and distinctions in fields like Innovation, Complaint Management, Service Recovery.

He is an OPEX Black Belt holder, having also acquired specialized training in IMD and INSEAD at “Leaders of the Future†and “Blue Ocean Strategy†programs.

Being a motivational speaker, he is trying to walk the talk by following the moto “Dream your life, then live your dream†together with “Going the extra mile mattersâ€.
