Maria Fatzikmanoli

Maria Fatzikmanoli is Chief Corporate Services Officer at Intrum Greece, with nearly 25 years of leadership experience spanning financial services, risk management, corporate governance, internal audit, HR, brand & communications, compliance and operations. In her current role, she oversees HR, Legal, Compliance, Brand & Communications, Physical Security and Facilities Management, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across the organization.

She joined Intrum in 2019 as Chief of Staff & Head of Risk & Governance, before advancing to General Manager of HR, Brand & Communications, and in 2025 was appointed CCSO. Prior to Intrum, Maria built a long career in the Greek banking sector, holding senior roles for almost 18 years, including Internal Audit Manager, Head of Audit Compliance & Reporting, Fraud Risk Manager, Head of Quality Assurance & Operational Risk, Internal Controls Director, and Operations & Technology Project Manager.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with a degree in Accounting & Finance, Maria has developed a career distinguished by strategic transformation, cultural alignment, and operating model optimization. Having progressed from senior audit and risk management roles to HR and corporate leadership, she has consistently led complex change programs that deliver sustainable growth and measurable organizational impact.
