Despina Tsagari

Despina Tsagari is a highly experienced business executive of FMCG & Luxury business. She is currently the CEO of PG NIKAS.  

Prior to PG NIKAS she was the General Manager & Commercial Director of PepsiCo Greece and Cyprus where she worked for 5 years.

Despina started her career at Procter & Gamble where she held senior management director positions in Customer Business Development, Marketing and Trade/Shopper Marketing, in Greece but also at Procter & Gamble Europe Headquarters responsible for Western Europe. She then moved to Beiersdorf Hellas as Managing Director for Greece, Cyprus, and Israel. Finally, she continued her career at Safilo International where she was the Managing Director of Italy for 2 years and a Global Unit leader for another 1,5 years, until she joined PepsiCo.

Despina is a passionate supporter of transformation, change, technology, sustainable development in consumer products’ companies and the advancement of women in business. Outgoing, highly self-motivated, and resilient with acute organizational, communication and analytical skills coupled with high EQ capabilities.

She has graduated from the Department of Computer & Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Patras and she has obtained 2 master degrees from City University, London and EEDE, Athens.
