Alkiviadis Stefanis (Athens, 7 October 1959) is a Greek politician, retired General of the Hellenic Armed Forces, and Honorary Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff. Since 6 August 2024, he has served as Civil Governor of Mount Athos.
From 2017 to 2019, he served as Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff. Between 2019 and 2021, he held the position of Deputy Minister of National Defence, and from 2022 to 2023, he acted as Special Adviser to the Government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Border Regions and Mount Athos Affairs.
From 26 May to 27 June 2023, he served as Caretaker Minister of National Defence in the interim government led by Ioannis Sarmas.
In the Regional Elections of October 2023, he was a candidate for Regional Governor of the North Aegean with New Democracy.
