Head of Interamerican Corporate Marketing
Markos holds a degree from the Athens University of Economic and Business and two postgraduate degrees, the Executives MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and the Achmea High Potentials MBA from INSEAD France. He has also successfully completed the Digital Accelerator Program (DAP) of Achmea Netherlands.
Since 1990 he has been active in the financial services sector (banking, asset management, insurance), primarily in marketing, and has served as General Director and CEO of INTERTRUST and Vice President of Interamerican Finance. He has served as President of the Hellenic Institute of Marketing (elected) and member of the Board of Directors of the European Marketing Federation. He is a co-founder of the non-profit organisation “The Marketing Hub”. 2022 finds him in INTERAMERICAN, head of Corporate Marketing, responsible for all marketing activities of the Group, public relations, internal marketing, the innovation program as well as the management of relationships with large organisations-partners of the insurance arm of the Group.
With family roots from Naxos, Markos is married, has two children, Elias and Eugenia, and loves reading and cooking!
