I am a passionate Logistics Professional with more than 12 years of robust experience in Logistics Operations (Food, Food Supplements and Apparel sector) including Warehouse management, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Management, Inbound, Distribution and Customer Service.
Last 11years I am working at Herbalife Nutrition, the World Leader in Meal Replacement Products, handling Logistics and Customer Service activities for Greece, Cyprus and Lebanon.
I decided to nominate myself for these awards because the last period I have worked with various projects within the country and regionally and my main goal is to build an end-to-end strategy to reduce the Supply Chain Costs, increase Responsiveness and Resilience but one the other hand no discrepancies in Customer Service, Quality and Compliance.
Key initiatives taken.
ABC analysis – Capturing Logistics Costs & creation of Dashboards and KPIs to measure changes. Based on the Dashboard implemented key changes like Transportation Route changes for Resupply of Stock, Access Points Restructure, local sourcing of packaging material, Freight Cost analysis and restructure, localization of assembly activities.
Above actions, apart from a more responsive and resilient supply chain had a direct impact on main KPIs developed, like Cost per Order, Cost per Sales Units (Volume Points).
