Ιt is an honor for me to accept the Trade Marketing Manager of The Year award.
I want to thank ΚΥΚΝΟS colleagues who supported me in order to be in front of you tonight but also, my previous colleagues for giving me all the required encouragement in order to concentrate to a purpose-driven mindset into everything I do.
I also want to express my gratitude to my family, who have fully supported me in this journey. Being a mother enhances my ability to consider the trust and the total experience, in everything I manage, as the core qualities in business.
Discipline drives everything I do. I strongly believe we must improve ourselves continuously and learning constantly and if we do not know something we must come back the next time not only knowing everything about it but also providing our personal point of view on the subject. Not knowing something is natural, pretending knowing it and not looking into it before expressing an opinion is dangerous.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to address you tonight as the winner of the Trade Marketing Manager of the Υear award.

Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω τους συναδέλφους μου στην ΚΥΚΝΟS που με ενθάρρυναν και με στήριξαν για να είμαι απόψε μπροστά σας, αλλά και τους προηγούμενους συναδέλφους μου που μου έδωσαν όλη την υποστήριξη που χρειάζομαι για να επικεντρωθώ στο purpose-driven mindset σε όλα όσα κάνουμε.
Επίσης, θέλω να ευχαριστήσω την οικογένεια μου, που κάνει όλα αυτά δυνατά. Ο ρόλος μου ως μητέρα με έχει βοηθήσει στο να κατανοήσω γιατί εμπιστοσύνη και η ολιστική εμπειρία σε ό,τι διαχειρίζομαι είναι τα βασικότερα συστατικά της όποιας επιτυχίας μου τόσο σε προσωπικό αλλά και σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο.
Ο κύριος οδηγός μου σε ότι κάνω είναι η πειθαρχία. Πιστεύω ακράδαντα ότι πρέπει να βελτιώνουμε τον εαυτό μας συνεχώς και να μαθαίνουμε συνεχώς. Aν δεν γνωρίζουμε, πρέπει την επόμενη φορά να επιστρέψουμε όχι μόνο γνωρίζοντας αλλά προσθέτοντας την προσωπική μας διάσταση προκειμένου να το κάνουμε καλύτερο.
