Dr Dimitra Voulgaridou is an experienced professional in the financial services operations area and the last years she leads the Operations department of BMW Financial Services. With a clear focus on people, she managed to create a high performing team based on trust, openness and transparency.

With her project management background and a highly dedicated team, she has managed to launch many innovative solutions for the sector, such as e-signature, applications automation, self-service portals, and apps driving the organization to the new digital era.

Supporting the customer centricity direction of the Group, she leads an award-winning department in the area of premium customer experience. Having overachieved its business targets and with a sound and clear strategy the Greek Operations team enjoys both the BMW Group and the national industry recognition with high aspirations for the years to come!
