Our History

Hellas EAP was founded in 2005 by Dr. Anastasia Rush and it is the leading provider company of Employee Assistance Programs in Greece. Our main activity is to provide strategic interventions towards the improvement of productivity at all levels of an organization, enhance organizational competitiveness and develop a healthy and secure corporate culture. Through our innovative and high-quality services, we empower businesses in the field of prevention and management of psychosocial risks and their negative impact on the work environment, employee engagement and organization profitability.

Today, the company offers its services to more than 320 Greek and multinational companies in Greece and Cyprus and it is the preferred provider of the largest Global EAP companies in America, Europe, Great Britain and Canada. Hellas EAP has received international “Best Practice” awards for the implementation and adaptation of international EAPs in the Greek work culture, most recently receiving the global EAP Quality Award, in October 2017, in Los Angeles, USA.

Our Network of Associates

The Hellas EAP Team of professionals and associates consists of a holistic combination of specialties, such as Psychologists, Counselors, Wellness Facilitators, Sports Scientists, Lawyers, Economists, who are trained to provide our clients with prompt, quality consulting services. In particular, the Psychological Support services are implemented by more than 180 experienced and specialized Counsellors of Behavioral Sciences, in areas such as Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology, Clinical & Counselling Psychology, Crisis Management, Psychometry, Conflict Resolution & Mediation in the workplace, Psychiatry, etc.
